Luisa is Appointed SKCIN Ambassador — Supporting Skin Health in the Cotswolds
At Luisa Krayem Permanent Makeup in Tetbury, we care deeply about more than just helping you feel confident on the outside — we’re committed to supporting your skin health and well-being too.
That’s why I’m pleased to announce that I have recently been appointed as an ambassador for SKCIN – The Karen Clifford Skin Cancer Charity. This is something I’m incredibly proud of, and I’m passionate about sharing their important message with our clients.
What Is SKCIN?
SKCIN is the UK’s leading skin cancer awareness charity, working to:
- Promote sun safety and skin cancer prevention
- Encourage people to check their skin regularly
- Help with early detection of skin cancer
Our Role in Promoting Skin Health
Both Gem and I are MASCED-trained practitioners, giving us the skills to spot signs that might need further medical investigation.
Over the years, we have routinely referred clients for further checks when we’ve noticed something irregular. While most of these cases have turned out to be nothing to worry about, some have required removal or treatment — and early action has made a real difference.
Supporting SKCIN’s mission means so much to us because we see the value of early detection every day in our work.
