💫Polynucleotide Treatment💫

It seems that everyone in aesthetics is waxing lyrical about polynucleotides- and that’s down to it being a more natural, non invasive treatment with incredible results! 🥰

Polynucleotide treatments work within the body as a biostimulator to promote natural skin regeneration and is performed by injecting purified DNA very superficially into the desired treatment area which stimulates fibroblasts which in turn boosts collagen production. As a consequence, elasticity and hydration will be improved which give a great rejuvenated appearance. 💦

Now, here comes the fascinating bit…. It’s made from fragments of DNA sourced from salmon or trout sperm, these highly purified fragments of DNA are suspended in water and available as an injectable.🐟 I imagine reading that may raise eyebrows, but fear not! – it’s not as unconventional as it sounds…. specifically these fragments closely resemble human DNA. These biostimulators act as messengers, coaxing our skin cells into action.

Polynucleotides are not actual salmon sperm, instead they are purified DNA extracted FROM salmon and trout sperm mechanisms which essentially ‘tell’ the skin to produce more collagen and elastin by mimicking the body’s own DNA fragments. ⚕️
