It was a pleasure to visit ‘ Cherish Salon’ again. Sam was very welcoming and made sure I was made comfortable on arrival, as she prepared me to see Luisa. I mentioned to both of them how thrilled and lucky I felt to have been recommended to see Luisa initially, because deciding to use her excellent skills in creating my new eyebrows originally in 2020, really has been life changing for me and one of the best decisions I have ever made. I enjoyed a good chat with Luisa while she worked her magic and am delighted with my latest colour boost and cannot recommend Luisa highly enough – she really is an absolute star!

I was extremely nervous about getting my eyebrows done for the first time. I needn’t have worried, Luisa made me feel welcome and totally at ease, checking at every stage of the way through the process that I was happy with what she was doing. I highly recommend anyone who is not sure to come and talk to Luisa.

Both Luisa and Sam are so friendly and lovely. They made me feel so welcome and comfortable. I was nervous about my first appointment last month as I had previously had a bad experience with pain during an appointment with another practitioner. Luisa instantly put me at ease, she answered all of my questions. It’s very clear that she is extremely passionate about her job. Luisa is a true expert in her field. If you are looking for a highly competent and confident practitioner who cares about client results and experience then you need to get on her waiting list because she is well worth the wait. I couldn’t be happier with my results! Permanent done well is a game changer, my confidence has increased so much since visiting Luisa. I have already booked my next appointment, I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

My blemish removal today was almost painless, and I felt in very safe hands with Luisa. I’m very pleased with the results.

I just want to say a huge thank you to Luisa for making my brows look amazing! They had faded a bit but in my complimentary top up session Luisa made them looking brand new! I can’t rate my experience highly enough I’ve had my brows done with luisa before and my eye liners as well perfect but yesterday my lips were done and the experience was brilliant so much attention to detail from luisa she is amazing 🥰my lips already look great a little swollen still but I love the colour and shape and I’m nearly 65 😍 just perfect thank you so so much luisa I will be back in new year for a top up on my brows

Luisa is very talented! She did such a fabulous job on my brows, I absolutely love them. Both Sam and Luisa were lovely all the way through the process and so reassuring and knowledgeable. Another amazing experience for my colour boost. Luisa did such a great job the first time that its been 2 years since I went last. Felt totally at ease this time as I knew what to expect. Lovely, relaxed and friendly atmosphere, Luisa was caring, understanding and very considerate. She listens, keeps you pre-occupied with friendly conversation, whilst delivering a professional service. Luisa is very knowledgeable and is able to answer any questions. After care instructions are explained by Luisa (these are also provided in written form). I cannot recommend Luisa’s services enough and I am absolutely delighted with my results – thank you Luisa. (Ps no pain whatsoever, in fact most times I could barely feel a thing)

I am so so happy with my brows!. Having been elsewhere for brows previously I can absolutely say that Luisa is in a class of her own. Brilliant treatment room, so clean and bright. Such a friendly consultation before which made me feel at ease and really listened to. Luisa took such care to ensure that my brows were right for me. Gorgeous after care pack ( i have never had that before!) with clear informative instructions. I am really looking forward to my follow up appointment in 4 weeks.
